Yevgeny Yevtushenko / translated by Barry Boys.

Barry Boys and Yevgeny Yevtushenko read Yevtushenko's poems at Wheeler Auditorium at University of California, Berkeley. The poems are read first in English by Boys, then performed in Russian by Yevtushenko. The English translations are from Geoffrey Dutton's Doubleday Anchor book and from George Reavey's October House publication.
No intro, no outro, not produced. The George Reavey book is "The Poetry of Yevgeny Yevtushenko, 1953-1965" from October House, 1965. The Geoffrey Dutton book is "Bratsk Station and other new poems" from Doubleday/Anchor, 1967.
