Kozol, an educator speaks about the overcrowded and dilapidated schools he has visited throughout the United States, the devastation of poverty on inner city schools, and the inferior quality of minority schools when compared to their suburban counterparts.

She discusses her recent five week trip as Poet-in-Residence with the American Waterways Wind Orchestra in Europe.
