She recently learned to knit and recalls knitting bandages for lepers as a child.

Iris De La Cruz, chairperson of Prostitutes of New York, interviews Yolanda Jones from Black Women for Wages for Housework and Karen Green from the New York Collective of Prostitutes. They discuss the recent joint press conference held by those groups, in addition to Lesbians for Wages for Housework and the Gay Activist Alliance, about the push for the decriminalization of prostitution.
