This is a New York Chamber Theatre production of "The Governor: a National Tragedy" by Frank Dwyer, presented in June, 1972 at the Lincoln Center LMPA Theatre. The play concerns the first Black governor of the state of Mississippi. Directed by Suzan Shown [Harjo], and including the following cast members: Russell Costen, Charles Lutz, Frank Ryan, Frank Bara, and Tony Elitcher. Technical production by Caryl Ratner.
