The conclusion of the talks given by Dr. Herbert Packer and Dr. Ralph Gampell, two practicing members of the legal and medical profession, attempting to find a solution to bridging the disparity between the medical practice of therapeutic abortion and California's Criminal State laws at Stanford University. This tape provides valuable historical insight into therapeutic abortion and the Criminal penal code of the State of California. The discussion was recorded live in front of an audience at Stanford.
