Humberto Brown, a Panamanian national who has livied in the United States since 1976, discusses the destruction caused by the American invasion of his home country, and some of the underlying reasons for the invasion itself. He is a member of the Ramsey Clark funded independent Commission of Inquiry on the U.S. invasion of Panama.
