In addition to harassment, protests, and bomb threats at clinics, there are new legal restriction on reproductive rights, limited funding and continued persecution of doctors and patients. The program highlights the new rise of "back-alley" abortions in such an oppressive climate-more women tring to perform their own abortions and risking their own lives.
