The production examines the confrontation of nobles and commoners at Versailles, the atttack on the Bastille, the Declaration of the Rights of Man, the flight of the Royal Family, and the massacre on the Field of Mars. The primary cast is: Roscoe Lee Browne, Jack Colvin, James Cromwell, Robert Foxworth, Earl Holliman, Lawrence Pressman, William Prince, William Shatner and Kristoffer Tabori.
