Lead by traditional spiritual peoples, they bring together the different groups to spread the word about human rights abuses in Costa Rica. He discusses how the abuses are manifested, and how indigenous people become foreigners in their own land. He also mentions the October, 1990 Conference which will bring all of America's indigenous peoples together.
