In this interview, she talks about the organizing work she did with Alice Paul and others, how she became aware of the suffrage movement, how the Party worked through World War I for suffrage, and how much more they thought they needed to be accomplished once the vote had been won. This interview was conducted on Ms. Vernon's 91st birthday in 1974. The producer is Melanie Maholick and Juanita Weaver conducted the interview.
