Documentary from interviews of three organizers of the Neighbor to Neighbor program: Danny Bakewell, Jr., Neighbor to Neighbor Program Senior Organizer; Michael Salcido, Neighbor to neighbor Program Senior Organizer; and Alfredo Cuevas, Neighbor to Neighbor Assistant Organizer. They discuss the grass roots coalition which was originally formed to work within the areas hardest hit by the April 1992 uprising.
