Mark Lane is the author of Rush to Judgement, the first book to challenge the Warren Commission Report about the JFK assassination in the 1960's. Lane discusses his 1991 book which argues for CIA complicity in the assassination, and utilizes sworn testimony given in District Court in 1985. He also discusses attempts to prevent the book's publication, Oliver Stone's film about the Kennedy assassination, and answers listener questions.
