He says that individuals can be prosecuted twice for the same crime, with one at the State level and the other at the Federal. He says the King beating deprived individual rights under cover of law. The Federal case should be much different -- pt.2. Krean's United / Kyung Ku. On the limited resources in minority communities, and the ways in which Korean merchants have prevented good relations with the Black communities in which they own shops.
