Second speaker (unnamed). The second speaker (unnamed, possibly South African), asking for world to enforce U.N. mandate against Apartheid. The third speaker (unnamed) talks about the link between sexism and racism, and the need to commit to eradicating both. Goal of "decade of women" is to end these and militarism and other negative forces. The fourth speaker (unnamed) talks about exploring the effects of racism on minority and white women's employment.
