Description:
Joseph Tussman, professor of philosophy at the University of California at Berkeley, leads this panel discussion on the political threat to civil liberties, and the fight to preserve the Bill of Rights. This is tenth in a series of thirteen programs produced by Florence Mischel from an extensive study conducted in the summer of 1963 at the Conference on law, jurisprudence, and the Bill of Rights, held at the Center for the Study of Democratic Institutions in Santa Barbara.
