Dr. Ernest Sternglass is a professor of Radiation Physics, at the University of Pittsburgh, Penn., author of Secret Fallout (Low-level radiation from Hirshima to Three Mile Island). Dr. Sternglass, formerly a true blue member of the nuclear "establishment" holder of nuclear industry patents, now appalled at level of radiation permitted leak from nuclear power plants. Has documented sharp, sudden drop in college entrance SAT scores for students during 1957-58 (the height of open-air testing of nuclear weapons).
