Magic Theatre, an acting troupe in San Francisco, performed <i>Singapore Sling</i> by Wolfgang Bauer, directed by Geoffrey Reeves during the 1982-83 season. Recording features interview of Martin Esslin, who translated the play into English. Esslin joined Magic Theatre troupe as its Dramaturg; the Magic Theatre was the first theater in American to establish such position.
