Howard Lyman and Jeremy Rifkin

Part I: Howard Lyman is a former cattle rancher turned vegetarian activist. He is the directory of the Eating with Conscience Campaign, for the humane society of the US, a compaign working to educate people about organic, sustainable agriculture and the dangers of current food production methods.
