The plotters involved included the Pews, Duponts and General Motors, and was organized as the Liberty League under the guise of protecting the Constitution. Those who planned the coup approached General Smedley Butler to be the front man, but Butler exposed the plot. Jules examines U.S. corporates ties to Nazi Germany, American imperialism, the use of Nazi war criminals to help create a National Security States in the United States, and the continuing danger of ascism in the United States.
