Reagan mentions the following measures, the signing of the Child Protection Act, the opening of the Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and stresses adoption. (5:45) Jeff Bingenman, Senator from New Mexico responds with a statement about arms control. (6:00) Tape includes another weekly address by President Reagan. Reagan addresses jobs for young people, and the benefit to the economy. He details the teenage unemployment rate among minorities and stresses mobilizing provate enterprise tax incentives for employers. (4:00) There is no response as there was in the previous program.
