Robbins asserts that to be healthy we have to be congruent with the self. He addresses the issues around food and eating, including the dairy council and the treatment of animals like merchandise, as a machine. Robbins insists that wehave to do what is not in contempt with out spirits and what is in the kinship of life. He lists the benefits to the planet when people shift to a vegetarian diet.
