This program features Vincent Hallinan who introduces Barry Silverman, Director of Research, ILWU who speaks about the Economic Costs of the War and discusses the labor's role in present society. The second speaker is Jim Hawley, a representative of the Radical Student Union, who talks about War Research at the University of California. - Broadcast on March 7, 1969.
