The men charged were David Johnson, Willie Tate, Fleeta Drumgo, Johnny Larry Spain, Luis Talamantez, and Hugo Pinell. Voices heard in this recording are George Jackson, Associate Warden James Park, attorney William Kunstler, Rick Beban of the Marin County Grand Jury, Warden Louis Nelson, Raymond Procunier, Elaine Brown, Bruce Bales, and many more.
