Documentary which examines the contributins of homosexual and bisexual United States military personel from World War II through the Persian Gulf War. According to the Uniform Code of Military Justice, homosexuality is incompatible with military service, but the Pentagon admits that sexual preference has no bearing on job performance. The program features interviews with: Johnnie Phelps, a lesbian who was a top aide for General Dwight D.
