This program is examining the new use of the Grand Jury, as a problem in American criminal justice and Constitutional law. The guests have all had first hand experience with investigative grand juries during the past year. Jim Reif, a lawyer from the Center for Constitutional Rights in New York; Tom Davidson, who was indicted in the Harrisburg Kissinger kidnapping case; Sister Carol Vericker, a member of the Sisters of Charity of the St. Vincent De Paul in New York; Judy Gumbo of the Madam Inn Brigade and who has been subpoenaed in front of the Grand Jury in New York; and Leslie Bacon who testified before a Grand Jury in Seattle.
